Returns and Refunds

  • Under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may return faulty or misdescribed Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including reasonable return costs.

  • You have a 14-day cancellation right from delivery for non-faulty Products, provided they are unopened and in original packaging (due to hygiene).

  • To cancel or return, email info@canterburyhoney.co.nz and return Products to:
    Canterbury Honey, Unit D, 1 Cebel Place, Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand.
    Use tracked shipping; we are not liable for untracked returns.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the Product or proof of return, via the original payment method.

  • You bear return costs unless the Product is faulty. We may deduct for damage or use beyond checking the Product’s nature.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days from Dispatch Confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary by country. Check our Delivery page for estimated times and costs.

  • We use third-party couriers, sharing only necessary personal data (name, address, email) per our Privacy Policy.

  • Products become your responsibility upon delivery to the provided address, including neighbors, pick-up points, or mailrooms.

  • If delivery fails, couriers will leave a note to rearrange. Contact us within 14 days to resolve non-delivery issues.

  • Non-delivery or missing items must be reported within 14 days of dispatch. We may require a signed declaration to investigate.
