Under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may return faulty or misdescribed Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including reasonable return costs.
You have a 14-day cancellation right from delivery for non-faulty Products, provided they are unopened and in original packaging (due to hygiene).

Use tracked shipping; we are not liable for untracked returns.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the Product or proof of return, via the original payment method.
You bear return costs unless the Product is faulty. We may deduct for damage or use beyond checking the Product’s nature.
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days from Dispatch Confirmation.

We use third-party couriers, sharing only necessary personal data (name, address, email) per our Privacy Policy.
Products become your responsibility upon delivery to the provided address, including neighbors, pick-up points, or mailrooms.
If delivery fails, couriers will leave a note to rearrange. Contact us within 14 days to resolve non-delivery issues.
Non-delivery or missing items must be reported within 14 days of dispatch. We may require a signed declaration to investigate.
